A company called SpaceX plans to send two private citizens around the moon in 2018. The purpose is to get people familiar with space flying. Space travel requires exact time management-both in the preparation and operation. Time is also valuable in our daily living for eating, sleeping, working, or relaxing; yet, how often we squander this valuable commodity~od is not restricted to time as we are; yet still He functions within time. In the Garden of Eden, God promised to send a Redeemer to restore humanity back into His favor. Many years later, during the time of Isaiah the prophet, God reaffirmed that promise, telling the prophet that a virgin would conceive and bear a Son. Seven hundred years later, God’s Spirit impregnated a young woman while she was still a virgin. We read in Matthew CH. 1 that an angel told Joseph, to whom she was pledged to be married, “Do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife. For the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit. . . She will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save the people from their sins.” Today, 2,000 years after that announcement, Jesus is saving those who accept Him as their Savior.
