Destiny Rescue is one of several organizations working to eliminate child sex slavery in the world. They focus on the Far East and have a mission to rescue, restore, protect, and empower girls caught up in this horrible bondage. Other groups, both in the United States and other countries are also working to end the sexual abuse of children. Long ago, God expressed His disdain for sexual exploitation. As the people of Israel were making their way to their new home, Moab tried to stop them by engaging Balaam, a false prophet, to curse them. By cursing them, the king of Moab hoped to impede their entry into the Promised Land. But Balaam was unable to curse them, so he counseled them to try another tactic. He urged the local women to lure incoming men to eat and worship their gods. At their feasts, they worshiped Baal and engaged in sex parties. In this way, they angered God and incurred his wrath. God destroyed 24,000 of them for their perverted sexuality and idolatry. Make no mistake: God still detests illicit sex outside the bounds of marriage. He is outraged when it involves helpless young boys and girls.
